1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a party package with Kids Parties Liverpool ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

2. Party Bookings

All party bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum of 10 guests required for all party packages
• Party duration is 1 hour to 2 hours as specified in your package
• All bookings are subject to availability
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled party date
• Party packages are designed for children aged 7-16
• All party invitations must be provided at time of booking

3. Payment Terms

Payment policies:

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date
• Full payment must be received 7 days before the party date
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• Party to go voucher options are available for gift purchases
• All prices include party room, party host, food and drink, pizza, cake, and party games

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the party date receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the party date receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date are non-refundable
• Refund policies vary by specific package - please check at time of booking
• Previous party bookings can sometimes be rescheduled subject to availability
• Refund protection options available for purchase at time of booking

5. Party Package Inclusions

Each party package includes:

• Exclusive party room for the duration of your celebration
• Dedicated party host to manage activities from start to finish
• Party invitations for all guests
• Pizza, party food, and unlimited drink refills
• Birthday cake with candle service for the birthday child
• Party games and themed entertainment
• VIP celebration treatment for the birthday child
• Professional recording studio sessions (recording studio packages only)

6. Guest Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising children throughout the party
• Ensuring children follow party room rules and party host instructions
• Providing accurate guest numbers at time of booking
• Notifying us of any allergies or dietary requirements
• Arriving on time for your scheduled party date
• Any damage to party room equipment or facilities

7. Food and Beverage

All party packages include pizza, party food, drink service, and birthday cake. You may bring your own birthday cake if preferred. Outside food and beverages are not permitted except for dietary restriction purposes (with prior notification).

8. Photography and Recording

Parents and guardians may take photographs and videos during the party. We may also take photos for our marketing materials. If you do not wish photos of your child to be used, please notify us at time of booking.

9. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Kids Parties Liverpool is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during parties. Parents and guardians attend at their own risk and are responsible for supervising their children.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
