What happens during the party

Every recording studio party at Coverstar runs for two hours. Children arrive to a popstar-themed environment with professional lighting and a red carpet entrance for the birthday child. The session begins with a group warm-up where children practise their chosen songs and learn basic performance techniques.

From there, each child takes turns at the microphone. They wear headphones and record into professional equipment, exactly as a real artist would. Children choose their own songs in advance, and the team prepares backing tracks and lyrics so everything is ready on the day. Between recording sessions, party food is served, giving everyone a break before the final performances.

By the end of the party, every child has recorded their part of a track. The finished recording is professionally mixed and sent digitally to all families within a few days of the party. The birthday child walks away knowing their friends will be listening to that recording for weeks.

Music video parties

Coverstar also offers a music video production option. Children perform in front of professional cameras with costumes, props, and choreography provided by the venue. The finished music video is edited and delivered digitally after the party. This option suits children who love performing and want something visual they can share with friends and family.

Ages and group sizes

Recording studio parties are designed for children aged 7 to 16. The format works best with groups of 8 to 20 children, which gives every child enough time at the microphone while keeping the energy and excitement high throughout the session. What is included

Every Coverstar party package includes the two-hour studio session, a dedicated party host who runs the entire event, party food served during the session, and the finished digital recording sent to all families after the party. Party invitations are also provided. The birthday child receives VIP treatment throughout, including the red carpet entrance and a featured solo in the recording.
